Be able to repay the loan or meet the repayments.
If you currently live in the UK you can apply for a loan. However, if you're only visiting for a short time or you live outside of the United Kingdom you cannot apply for a loan.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept email as the first point of contact as due to the risk of fraud and money laundering we are not permitted to provide loans with out speaking to the applicant first.
Home owners will tyically be contacted within 1 hour. Tenants can expect to be contacted within 48 hours. Unfortunately if a tenant is unsuccessful we're currently unable to contact them due to the large volumes of loans we handle each day.
To cancel or stop your enquiry your will need your application number. Without this we cannot help you further.
To complain about how a lender has handled your case you require your application number. Without this we cannot help you further.
